On Tuesday 6th February, 2018, MStranslate had the pleasure of being joined by multiple sclerosis researcher, Ms Emily O’Kearney, for a Facebook Live event on the topic of “Diet Outcomes in Multiple Sclerosis”.

Emily works within the Neuroepidemiology Unit at the University of Melbourne in Australia.  Under the supervision of Professor George Jelinek, Emily’s research forms part of the broader HOLISM study being undertaken by the group.  More information on this work can be found by revisiting our previous feature with them, located here.

During this discussion, Emily answered questions from MStranslate co-founder, Brett Drummond, as well as those submitted by the online viewing audience.  A full recording of this event is now available to view below and we would encourage any further questions to be left below as comments.  As always, we will endeavour to respond as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We thank Emily for giving up her time on this evening and for sharing such valuable insights on the topic of lifestyle modifications for multiple sclerosis, which we know is of great interest to our community.

Stay tuned for announcements on further Facebook Live events to be held in the near future.
